My Eve, My Love

I heard myself singing the other day and found a place to run away. My folded memories down the drain brought obtuse angles of acute pain. But today, I sing and play and right here and now I pledge to stay.

My dearest, you’ve come to me in vain. My love, you’ve taken me as meat and slain. My Eve, my fiery Goddess, your beauty will forever remain. My Eve, my womb, my menstruation, my child, my creature – your eyes only I can read.

Call the moon out to me, as you bask in the shadows of uncertainty. Call the moon and hear the howl of woman, of love, of undying strength. Give me she, her lust, her fears, her insecure deliberation.  Bleed for me.

Here we are inside this grand hall of faces. Here we stay behind these walls but… Behold! A forest of my imagination.  A subject raped by false persuasion. My Eve, my love, my dearest child; listen to me and you’ll be forever wild.

Follow me, and you will scour the bloody hands of intentions. Come and drown in my sensuality, feast on my loyalty. My Eve, my love, my breasted Goddess, my sole defender of insanity, rejoice!

Fly away to infinity, for you are forever free…
